WaJuFo offers artificial turf systems for both indoor and outdoor soccer fields, no matter whether it is professional full-size football pitch, football training grounds, or entertainment venues. Our soccer turf system is mainly composed of foundation, shock pad, artificial grass, quartz sand and infill granule.

Configurations

Foundation: commonly concrete base or asphalt base;
Shock pad: configurable in accordance with application needs;
Artificial grass: pile height, fiber type, Dtex and color are customized according to customer’s requirements;
Infill: standard infill granules or sand infill are available, or non-infill per customer’s specific needs;

Installation

Measure the area size of the installation site to check whether it is consistent with artificial turf, and strictly check the quality of installation area;
Remove the leaves, sticks, stones or any other debris from ground surface prior to turf installation;
Place rolls of underlay and turf on the installation area;
Place the first roll of underlay parallel to the reference line, and leave a gap of 8-10cm from edges of underlay to peripheral sides;
Lay out three rolls of underlay along the reference line, and then roll out two rolls of artificial turf over the underlay; After that, roll out one roll of artificial turf after every two rolls of underlay are laid, so alternately;
Trim the turf edges to fit the area, and cut standby pieces of turf to desired shapes and sizes for placing over the turf shortage area properly;
After artificial turf laying is completed, brush the fibers so they can stand up straightly; Spread quartz sand evenly over the artificial turf in two or three times;
Spread infill granules evenly in two or three times to completely cover the quartz sand layer, the standard thickness of infill granules is 1cm;
Clean up the artificial turf field, and acceptance;
