This workshop is mainly used to produce artificial grass infill granules, the annual output can reach 10,000 tons. The workshop occupies an area of 4,080 square meters, has multiple sets of advanced manufacturing equipment and more than 40 skilled professionals, capable of manufacturing high quality and eco-friendly TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) infill granules through strand pelletizing process.

All products are approved in accordance with SGS, ROHS and LABOSPORT certifications.

This workshop is composed of one standard production workshop and one storage room, capable of manufacturing shock pads of 5,000,000 square meters per year. Along with professional extrusion equipment, our skilled personnel is able to manufacturing XPE shock pads and WONDER elastic shock pads utilizing Germany imported advanced raw materials. With the process of closed cell foaming, our finished shock pads feature better shock absorption performance to provide optimal safety protection.

PP granules production workshop aims at expanding the production scale by adding advanced equipment based on TPE granules production workshop, it is able to accomplish a complete production process for PP granules.

Our inspection and testing workshop plays an essential role in guaranteeing the quality of our products. It implements testing process for samples in all aspects of specific gravity, granule size, hardness, odor, toxicity, color, tensile strength, impact absorption, UV resistance, etc. to ensure every single product is qualified in accordance with the industrial standard.
